Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the U.S. usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Returns
If you're not satisfied with your Love2Stick pads, you may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — no return necessary in most cases.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
